Conditions of Booking . . .

All cats must have an up to date vaccination for feline influenza and feline enteritus. Please make sure you bring your vaccination certificate with you at the time of booking in. We cannot accept any cat without a valid certificate.

Cats over 6 months old must be neutered/spade.
Tablets will be administered if required.

Rates

The rates will include the day of arrival and the day of collection as the units are booked to you for the whole day.

If a cat is collected before the end of the booked period,fees are still payable for the whole of the booked period as we may have had to turn down other bookings for the same period.

We reserve the right to request a cancellation fee if a booking is cancelled with less than 14 days notice, particularly during the peak periods.

There is a minimum charge of £20 for a short stay.

Payment to be made by cash or cheque (no vat)

Monday - Saturday
8am - 12, 3pm - 6pm

Sundays and Bankholidays
9am - 3pm

Closed (to visitors) Christmas Day, Boxing Day,
and New Years Day.

Collections/delivery outside of these time by appointment only.
